Core HR Support Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide core HR support and serve as a main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Selection: Manage recruitment activity and oversee the onboarding and induction process.
* Learning, Development and Talent: Drive the development and training culture, conducting training needs analysis and coordinating short courses.
* Employee Engagement: Create and implement an engagement plan, manage employee surveys, and lead town hall meetings.
* Business Partnering / Employee Relations: Involvement in end-to-end employee relations processes, building relationships with key stakeholders to understand team needs.
* Compliance / Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with eligibility requirements, including visas and permits.
* HR Operations: Maintain Alkimii system records and manage HR administration, payroll, and related queries.
* Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate current compensation structures and recommend improvements.
