Payroll Executive - UPMC Kilkenny, Waterford or Dublin basedJob type: PermanentOverview of roleUPMC Ireland are recruiting a Payroll Executive to join the payroll and finance team on a permanent contract. This role can be based onsite in either our Kilkenny, Waterford or Dublin UPMC Office.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and process company payrollsReview of TMS clock cards to ensure accuracy of payroll paymentsManage payroll related queries from employees and stakeholdersMaintain payroll system with up to date and accurate employee informationPrepare monthly reports for approval prior to payment of salaryPrepare monthly payroll reconciliationsProcess new members for pension and health insurance schemesManage the preparation and submission of payroll taxes, pension and other statutory submissionsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years payroll experience preferably in a medical environmentIPASS qualification or similar desirableProficient in I.T. skills (MS Office)Excellent numerical and analytical skillsExcellent understanding of Irish PAYE tax structureAbility to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environmentAbility to work on own initiativeDemonstrate a level of discretionPre-active self starter with excellent time management and ability/willingness to address problems and to prioritise own workloadExcellent problem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsEqual Opportunity StatementUPMC is an equal opportunity employer.
