Process Design Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking professional to join our dynamic transformation team as a Process Design Specialist.
* Design, document, and optimize business processes to support strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear deliverables for IT.
* Conduct detailed analysis of as-is and to-be processes, identifying opportunities for transformation and automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, process improvement, or business operations. Experience within an Order to Cash (O2C) environment is an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required. Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential.
