In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our agricultural and industrial equipment. Job Description The successful candidate will have a strong background in farm machinery maintenance and experience managing a workshop or service centre environment. You will work closely with our farm staff to ensure that all equipment is serviced, maintained and operated efficiently. 1. To plan and organize assigned farm mechanical maintenance staff so that the broad range of agricultural, industrial and animal feeding machinery and equipment is serviced, maintained and operated in accordance with company procedure.
