We are seeking an experienced construction professional to manage our on-site activities and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
This role is ideal for a skilled Site Manager looking to progress their career in a dynamic and established business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing construction projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
About the Role
* Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Work closely with Contracts Manager/Company Directors to ensure smooth-running projects.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
* Manage EHS as per company and industry standards.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or having a trade background + previous site management experience.
* 5+ years of construction experience as a Site Manager/Foreman.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
