Senior Medical Social Worker
St. Luke's Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON) operates across three sites located in Dublin. We are looking for a Senior Medical Social Worker to provide high‑quality support for oncology inpatients and outpatients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
* Deliver social work services to patients and families onboarded to treatment plans.
* Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including medical, nursing and allied health professionals.
* Assess and manage patient psychosocial needs before, during and after treatment.
* Advocate for patient and family rights and support planning for discharge.
Location: St Luke's Hospital, Rathgar, Dublin 6. One whole‑time position available. Future permanent and specified purpose vacancies may arise.
