We are now accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the position of Deputy Person in Charge at a Residential Care Home based in Tullamore.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and multidisciplinary team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated staff team, ensuring high-quality care and support in line with best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a team effectively
* Experience in working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
* Strong background in providing care to young persons, ideally in a community-based setting
* Excellent report writing and documentation skills
