Strong technical leadership, system & reliability engineering background, and solid documentation skills. Proficient in SolidWorks (SolidWorks Electrical/EPlan a plus), EMC, measurement tech, and regulatory standards (Machinery Directive, EN, IEC Experience with quality methods (DFMEA, Design Reviews), risk & safety tools (Safexpert, Sistema), and MS Office; MS Project, Jira, and ERP (Sage) a plus.
