We are looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join our New salon
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
* Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
* Train and mentor junior stylists to improve their skills
* Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
* Uphold salon hygiene and safety standard
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with strong technical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about the beauty industry and customer service
* Ability to multitask and handle a busy salon environment
* Flexible, reliable, and a team player
