Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including staff management, stock control, and guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of restaurant, lounge, and conference & banqueting facilities
* Management of staff, including managers, supervisors, and up to 35 employees
* Ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
* Coordinating with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional service
* Training and up-skilling staff in service and standards
* Maintaining professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
