Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals with good availability throughout the summer season to join our Ecology team on a zero-hours basis.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals including survey leads, bat specialists, ornithologists, botanists, and protected species experts, contributing to meaningful environmental work.

Responsibilities
Support ecological teams on a variety of infrastructure and environmental projects across Ireland
Assist with field surveys, data collection, and monitoring activities
Contribute to survey planning and logistics
Produce high-quality ecological data and deliverables
Assist with technical reporting
Qualifications
A degree in ecology or a related discipline
Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about a career in ecology
Eligible or working towards CIEEM membership
Organised and dependable, with strong time management skills
Comfortable working as part of a team and in the field
Willing to travel and stay away from home (up to 4 nights per week during peak survey periods)
Previous experience in ecological surveys or fieldwork
Experience or interest in bat or ornithology surveys (highly valued)
A full driving licence
