You’ll know exactly what you’re walking into.What the job actually involves:Running the site from pre-mobilisation to final handoverLeading subcontractors and keeping them honestManaging productivity, safety and quality — and not letting any one of those slipWorking directly with the PM and the client to keep everything tightWhat you’ll need:Recognised electrical trade backgroundSeveral years’ experience running large electrical jobsIdeally, you’ve delivered projects in live pharma environmentsYou know how to manage variations, drive the schedule, and get things done without dramaYou don’t panic when things go off-plan — you just fix themIOSH or NEBOSH is useful.
