Overview Of The Role
* The working schedule is from Monday to Sunday with a variety of shifts available; flexibility is required due to the nature of our business. Shifts include midweek: 09:00am to 5:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, and weekend shifts from 09:00am to 5:00pm.
* Answering reservation inquiries via telephone, online, and third-party websites.
* Achieving the best possible room rate, ensuring adherence to budgets, and meeting sales targets.
* Handling guest queries in a helpful and timely manner.
* Updating the reservation system daily.
* Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Collaborating with Senior Management and the Sales Team to maximize revenue through strong yield management.
The Ideal Candidate
* High literacy in computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
* Experience using Opera Cloud is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and highly organized.
* Fluent in English.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or the hotel industry.
