OverviewWe are hiring a Principal Solutions Engineer to partner with customers from first technical evaluation through successful deployment. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, owning the technical relationship across the full customer journey.You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping prospects understand value, guiding evaluations, and ensuring customers are set up for long-term success. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoSupport sales teams during technical evaluations and solution discussionsLead discovery to understand customer needs, goals, and constraintsRun proof-of-concepts and technical validationsDeliver clear, tailored technical presentations and demonstrationsImplementation & Go-LiveOwn the technical transition from evaluation to implementationGuide customers through deployment and onboardingWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryProvide best-practice guidance and technical oversightCustomer PartnershipServe as the primary technical point of contact for customersDeliver training and enablement sessionsHelp resolve complex technical issues when neededCapture feedback to help improve the product and customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical roleStrong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience supporting evaluations, demonstrations, or implementationsBroad understanding of modern software and cloud-based systemsAbility to manage multiple engagements in parallelCurious, adaptable, and comfortable working in evolving environmentsNice to HaveBackground in solutions engineering, consulting, or technical pre-salesExperience working with enterprise customersExposure to data platforms, security, or regulated industriesExperience working in fast-growth or startup environments
