Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and drive excellence across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our Quality Assurance Program to ensure it meets and exceeds 'Best in Class' standards.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and expectations, as well as the ability to develop and manage document management systems to conform to corporate and national legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop EU GDP/ISO standards and establish key performance indicators.
* Develop and manage the document management system to conform to corporate and national legislation.
* Support the execution of OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) validation studies on warehousing and transport activities.
* Provide guidance to all associates at IE sites (internal and suppliers) about QSHE requirements.
* Support customer quality related requirements, compliance requests, customer complaints, and reporting.
* Promote the corporate quality culture within the group, to promote high standard of awareness and understanding of quality processes and policies, facilitating understanding and compliance with Quality/Regulatory Policies.
* Schedule and audit as per the Internal Audit Schedule, Subcontractor Audit Schedule in line with Good Distribution Practices and ISO guidelines.
Requirements
* Experience in multi-customer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector
* Experience in the field of compliance in Pharma Company is a plus
* Excellent use of Excel and data analysis
* Strong written and verbal communication
