5+ years post-qualification experience
Experience in design and detailing of mixed-use residential led schemes
Previous developer/house builder essential
Location:
South Dublin; occasional work from the central office.
Salary:
€80,000 - €85,000
Package:

About the role:
Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes.
As they expand to increase their live sites, they are seeking a Design Manager to oversee the design and technical aspects of the project, coordinating all technical information from planning approval to completion.
The successful candidate will focus on delivering design excellence, managing external consultants, and ensuring the coordination of all aspects, from M&E to structures and façades, looking after 1 or 2 sites.
They will also support project managers, oversee technical specifications, ensure compliance with building regulations, and work closely with in-house architects to translate planning schemes into efficient commercial solutions.
