Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist on behalf of a large healthcare organisation.
This is a fully onsite role in West Dublin within a busy in-house recruitment team supporting multiple sites across the business.
The position will focus on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing healthcare professionals across both the Irish and international markets, and building ongoing talent pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with site managers and leadership teams on hiring needs and workforce planning
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage
Support and roll out recruitment strategies across the organisation
Run recruitment campaigns locally and nationally
Source candidates through job boards, direct search and international channels
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Liaise with colleges and training providers regarding placements and graduate opportunities
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Follow and improve recruitment processes and systems
Produce recruitment reports and hiring metrics when required
Support the Head of Recruitment and wider HR team on projects
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1+ years recruitment experience in an in-house or internal recruitment environment
Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage (not essential)
Experience managing multiple vacancies at the same time
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good sourcing ability and comfortable using different recruitment channels
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment
