Bakery and Dispatch Operations Lead
Our company seeks a seasoned Bakery and Dispatch Operations Lead to manage night-shift operations in Drogheda. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end bakery and dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
* Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 40 production and dispatch staff
* Oversee daily operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, quality standards, and productivity
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and retail teams for seamless distribution
* Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or dispatch leadership roles. Ideal candidates possess strong people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They should also have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
