* Coordinate logistics for personal protective equipment (PPE), welfare facilities, and hygiene practices, adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Investigate accidents promptly and keep accurate records of safety incidents.
* Facilitate daily briefings, foster waste reduction initiatives, and optimize recycling programs within projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Management: Oversee adherence to EHS laws, company policies, and project guidelines.
* Method Statement Development: Create task-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
* Site Audits: Conduct regular site inspections, including COSHH assessments and substance control measures.
* Staff Induction and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive employee onboarding and training programs.
* PPE Management: Coordinate the acquisition and maintenance of PPE, adhering to regulatory standards.
* Accident Investigation: Promptly investigate workplace incidents and maintain detailed records.
* Waste Reduction: Facilitate daily briefings, promote waste minimization initiatives, and optimize recycling processes.
