Senior Instrumentation Engineer Job Description
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in instrumentation engineering.
1. Evaluating and specifying new instrumentation for biopharmaceutical process & utilities systems, ensuring functional equivalence to existing systems.
2. Supporting the calibration program, providing technical guidance to the calibration operations team, and assisting with regulatory body inspections and audits.
3. Implementing corrective and preventative actions for existing instrumentation, working knowledge of process automation control systems.
4. Conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex instrumentation and associated systems.
5. Creating and maintaining configuration specifications for c GMP manufacturing instrumentation.
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation engineering, with experience in specifying and evaluating new instrumentation. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
