Compliance Manager / MLRO
Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with an esteemed financial services firm with a significant presence in Ireland. Together, we are looking for a compliance analyst to join their expanding footprint locally. Reporting to the compliance manager locally, you will be responsible for a whole host of compliance functions, gaining visibility across the firm to all levels, including senior leadership.
The role
No two days look the same in this role as you manage complex compliance functions for the Irish footprint of this global firm. This role comes with a clear path for progression and promotion and will be a core role of the Irish entity.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of compliance experience in Ireland, ideally in a financial services environment. You will also have excellent communication skills. Previous funds experience would be a distinct advantage.
Note: you must be based in or close to Dublin and able to commute to a city centre office location at least x3 per week.
