We are a growing organisation with around 100+ employees and are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters in a dynamic, people-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
 * Maintain and update HR records, contracts, policies, and systems.
 * Manage onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, inductions, and exit interviews.
 * Support payroll by ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date.
 * Prepare HR reports and provide insights on headcount, turnover, and absence.
 * Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and absence management.
 * Coordinate training, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
 * Support HR projects such as policy development, engagement surveys, and compliance.
Skills & Experience
 * Previous HR experience (HR Administrator or Generalist level).
 * Knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.
 * Strong organisational and time-management skills.
 * High attention to detail and confidentiality.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 * CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage.
