Junior Sous Chef Job Description
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Chef de Partie at an award-winning Steakhouse. This a great opportunity for a career driven Chef to receive some of the best training and development under one of Ireland's top Executive Chefs catapulting their career to new heights.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment. They should also have full knowledge of HACCP (although we can provide full training) and be able to prepare and serve dishes of the highest quality as directed by the Head Chef.
Responsibilities:
* Running service in the absence of the Head and Sous Chef.
* Collaborating with the Head and Sous Chef on Specials and menu changes.
* Work well with others as part of a team in a busy environment.
