We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation, working on EP&R projects in Co. Tipperary. About the Role You will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating all design works and interfaces with third-party stakeholders. You will maintain excellent relationships with clients and act as an ambassador throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end Co-ordinating design works and interfaces with all third-party stakeholders Maintaining strong client relationships from project start to handover Arranging and chairing handover from estimating to construction teams Liaising with senior management on staffing and recruitment plans Ensuring site audits for Quality Control are carried out according to the design plan Holding weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors, ensuring safety and training are discussed Candidate Requirements Trade qualification through apprenticeship or engineering qualification Relevant H&S qualification, e.g., IOHS Managing Safely or equivalent Proven experience managing projects from scoping through to completion and delivery Experience managing, coordinating, and developing staff Experience supporting a continuous improvement culture among project teams Experience with High Voltage projects Awareness of BIM technologies where relevant Understanding of engineering processes and best practice
