Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Resolving customer complaints by identifying root causes and providing suitable solutions.
* Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
* Monitoring customer feedback and reporting trends to management for analysis and action.
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including documentation and database updates.
Required experience and skills:
* A degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
* Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong IT skills are essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in achieving or exceeding targets.
* Full clean driving license.
