About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead the coordination and supervision of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial projects, managing manpower on site, and ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination and supervision of construction projects, including residential and commercial developments

- Management of industrial projects, including direct staff and subcontractors across multiple sites

- Supervision of works on site, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines and budgets

- Planning and coordination of daily site requirements, including labour and materials management
">
- Ensuring company compliance with health and safety procedures and administration tasks

Requirements:

- A Degree in Construction Management or a related field
">
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Site Manager, preferably with an engineering background
">
- Experience working on healthcare projects is highly desirable
">
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and Project management software
