International Sales Growth Manager
We've partnered with a leading engineering company to spearhead international growth and strengthen partnerships across the region. This role offers an opportunity to develop and execute a high-performing regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion
* Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies
* Represent the company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions
* Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs
* Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability
Requirements:
* 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services
* Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable
* Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus
* Proven success in EMEA markets
* Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable with regular travel to other countries
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
