 * Cultivate strong relationships with guests and provide tailored recommendations.
Requirements
 * 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel setting.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
 * Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
 * Familiarity with Hotsoft is highly desirable.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
