Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our clients in a luxurious environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized service, managing room reservations, and exceeding guest expectations.

* Offer outstanding service and attention to detail to guests.
* Effectively manage and update the reservation system (Hotsoft).
* Distribute rates efficiently through the channel manager (D-Edge).
* Cultivate strong relationships with guests and provide tailored recommendations.


Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
* Familiarity with Hotsoft is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
