Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance and project management initiatives across 18 stores and warehouse locations.
* Manage day-to-day operations of a large retail network, overseeing maintenance and projects.
* Develop strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
* Lead a team of three direct reports: a Facilities Administrator and two Engineers.
Detailed Responsibilities
* Maintenance management & planned preventative maintenance.
* Supply chain management & contract negotiation.
* Project management of facilities projects from conception to completion.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a retail industry.
* Excellent knowledge of statutory obligations and project management principles.
