A comprehensive surveying professional with PQS consultancy experience is sought to provide expert services including quantity surveying, project management and cost consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related disciplines, excellent IT skills and excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is essential. Chartered status desirable.
Main responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates and cost plans, analyzing tenders, creating tender reports, valuations and cost reports, as well as providing assistance in dispute resolution and final account settlement.
