Paralegal Commercial Litigation, Belfast City Centre, £Neg Our client, a leading commercial law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and client service, is currently seeking a driven and motivated individual to join their Litigation Department as a Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team on a range of commercial litigation matters.
While a law degree is not essential, candidates must be educated to degree level in any discipline.
Our client is particularly keen to recruit an experienced litigation professional who is looking to build a long-term career within the firm and grow with the role.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting fee earners by managing case documentation, including scanning, printing, e-filing, and updating case management systems.
Maintaining and organising electronic and manual filing systems.
Liaising with Counsel, solicitors, clients, and other parties as required.
Handling telephone calls and providing assistance to clients.
Conducting legal research and summarising findings.
Preparing trial bundles and briefs for Counsel.
Drafting and issuing correspondence and legal documents.
Person Specification: Educated to degree level (any discipline).
Previous Litigation experience is essential Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
