Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
* Take direction from department managers and contribute to maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve smooth kitchen workflow and efficient food production.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment.
* Passion for food and excellent communication skills.
* Mature and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Good understanding of HACCP procedures and regulations.
