Contracts ManagerMeathD.O.E: €130k + PackageJob Summary:O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client, a leading contractor. The successful candidate will join their team in Meath.Key Responsibilities:Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the project without delays.Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts.Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors.Liaise with site managers and schedule work as well as monitoring site operations.Ability to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with multiple levels of Staff, Departments, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and any other stakeholders.Building successful relationships with Clients, Client Representatives and other 3rd party providers and stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience:Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or relevant project experienceMust have experience working on residential projects.A minimum of 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor in UK or ROI.Proven record of managing projects valued over £10M from start to handover.Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
