Responsibilities:

* Lead the Maintenance team to ensure operational objectives are met through the delivery of a comprehensive maintenance strategy.

* Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and Corrective Maintenance (CM) execution, minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.
">
* Monitor and report key performance metrics, including Equipment Uptime, Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
">
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and root cause analysis to improve processes and performance.
">
* Foster a culture of development through structured upskilling and technical training of technicians and engineers.
">
* Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conduct performance reviews to support growth and engagement of team members.

Requirements:
">
">
* Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
">
* Minimum of 6 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with ideally 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

* Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment highly advantageous.

* Proven technical background in maintenance of production equipment, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
