1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to devise and implement people-centric strategies in line with the company's vision.
2. Offer authoritative guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing performance management, succession planning, and skills development.
3. Provide strategic direction on restructuring initiatives, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness projects.
4. Lead transformation efforts across various business areas, fostering seamless collaboration and change management.
5. Serve as a trusted advisor for complex HR matters while ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.
6. Facilitate key talent processes, including leadership development and workforce capability planning.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree level qualification (Master's degree preferred) and be a full member of the CIPD.
* Proven experience in a senior HR partnering role within a fast-paced commercial environment (ideally 5 years or more).
* Confidently interact with executive leaders and senior management teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
* Excellent collaboration skills, enabling the building of trusted relationships across all levels.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and best practices in HR.
* Ability to operate independently in a remote capacity, with flexibility to travel to sites when necessary (a valid driving licence is essential).
