Job Overview:
* We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates;
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying, recruiting, interviewing and matching highly skilled accounting and finance professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments and full-time opportunities;
* Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction to both clients and candidates;
* Providing proactive communication and career guidance to candidates;
* Participating in industry events and networking activities to increase our presence in the local business community;
Requirements:
* Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred;
* 1+ years experience in finance, accounting or banking;
* 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a metrics-driven environment;
* Prior success in marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses;
* Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any contact management application (Salesforce);
* Knowledge and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations;
* Positive attitude and engaging approach;
