Job Overview
The Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the organization's commercial strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your business development skills and experience in sales, networking, and sponsorship management to deliver exceptional results.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for preparing annual plans, including profit and loss forecasts, and seeking approval from senior management. You will also agree targets with the Management Committee and manage existing sponsors to ensure continued support.
Key responsibilities include ownership of research and business development activities to source additional sponsorship and develop a sponsorship tiering model. Additionally, you will win new business and sponsorship contracts to grow commercial income annually.
You will prepare and execute sponsor engagement plans, maintain supplier relationships, and coordinate tasks between various teams, including operations, social media, and sponsors.
Maintenance of contact databases and assigned match-day preparatory tasks are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Honours Degree in Business or related field preferred but not essential.
Extensive track record in business development and previous sales experience required. Demonstrable experience in networking, winning new business, and meeting sales targets essential.
