We are working with a thriving international company based in Waterford city who are hiring a Recently Qualified Financial Accountant to join their team.
The business is well established, and the team in Waterford is close knit, with an open and collaborative culture.
The Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
* Daily bank reconciliations, cashflow tracking
* Oversight of AR/AP including sales & purchase invoicing
* Management reporting: weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analysis
* Supporting audits (interim & year-end) and revenue returns
* Expense reporting & credit note control
* Involvement in system/process improvements and IT liaison
* Cross-training with team and stepping in for the FC as needed
A
bout You:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong attention to detail and an adaptable, hands-on approach
