€40,000-€50,000 depending on experience.

€5,000 bonus-based on KPI

About the Role:

VetDrive is a leading veterinary practice management software. We provide software solutions for veterinary clinics, including appointment management, record storage, bookkeeping, accounting and mobile apps for the veterinary team and pet owners. We are a modern, cloud-based software company, who pride ourselves in providing innovative solutions for our customers.

We are excited to continue growing our team, and we are looking for an energetic and ambitious new team member to join our team. The ideal candidate would enjoy a fast-paced environment as we continue our rapid growth.

As a Relationship Manager for Veterinary Solutions, you will play a key role in training, onboarding, supporting and managing a portfolio of veterinary customers. Your roll will involve training new customers on using VetDrive, travelling to veterinary clinics to help them during their onboarding to VetDrive, and providing follow up online training. You will be given full training and documentation on this training process. You will help ensure customers get the most from our solutions and contribute to strong retention and account growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across Customer Support, Implementation, Product, and Technology to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship & Support

· Support customers during onboarding and help them adopt our software effectively.

· Build positive working relationships with customer teams and understand their key needs.

· Keep customers engaged and ensure they are getting ongoing value from our solution.

Account Management:

· Keep customers updated with new features being release and developed.

· Identify opportunities where customers may benefit from additional features or solutions and pass these to the senior team where appropriate.

Internal Coordination:

· Work closely with the onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth training onboarding experience

· Share customer feedback and insights with Product and Technology teams to help improve the solution.

· Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation based on customer experiences.

Industry Awareness:

· Keep up to date with trends in the veterinary sector and understand customer challenges.

· Provide input on how VetDrive can continue to offer value and solutions to our customers.

Skills and Experience:

· 1–3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role. Experience in SaaS or veterinary/agri-tech is a bonus but not essential.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple customer requests and organise your work effectively.

· Comfortable analysing basic customer metrics and identifying simple trends.

· Proactive, supportive, and customer-focused mindset.

· Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required — training will be provided.

· Full clean Irish driving licence and a fully insured vehicle.

· Willingness to travel nationally.
