Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, manage, and analyse HR data to inform business decisions.
* Prepare insightful reports and summaries for senior HR stakeholders.
* Recommend actions to improve hiring, engagement, and company culture.
* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Maintain data accuracy and ensure system integrity.
* Assist with HR audits and compliance checks.
* Provide administrative support and respond to employee HR queries.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Able to quickly learn HR systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidentiality and compliance awareness.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a HR support or data-focused role.
