Administrator
Keegan Group - Rathmolyon, County Meath
Keegan Group is a well-established, leading supplier of high-quality construction products within Ireland and the UK. We began by producing ready-mix concrete and have now expanded into concrete block manufacturing, precast wall and floor manufacturing, and most recently producing calcium carbonate.
We supply our quarry products to customers in the commercial and domestic markets around Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Offaly, and Louth. Our precast is supplied all over the UK and Ireland and our calcium carbonate is supplied to feed mills all over Ireland.
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our expanding team at our head office in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co. Meath, which is home to our Limestone Quarry, our Precast design department, state of the art precast manufacturing plant, concrete block plant, concrete batching plant, and lime plant.

The Role
We are seeking an Administrator to help with our Drawing Office.
Requirements
· Liaise with the customer on all technical queries to ensure drawings are
provided to the correct specification and ensure drawings are provided within agreed timescales
· Support the office team by producing weekly task schedules
· Support Factory Manager by producing weekly updates on what was manufactured and what needed to be fabricated
· Liaise with the office team,
· request all necessary information
· Produce weekly office reports
· Maintain the main project list (live document) to keep track of all the delivery changes and production
· Keep track of all comments and sign off drawings on all projects
· Keep records of all the Quality Sheets and Cube results from the factory and issue to clients when requested
· Attend site progress meetings and client meetings
· Attend Precast design progress meetings
· Manage and coordinate all projects documentation
· Maintain project status reports and track project progress and performance, updating Gantt programme for client updating
General Support & Administration:
· Work within the management team with general day-to-day requirements
· Support various company operations as needed, especially during critical project stages.
What You'll Need:
· Experience in construction, with a knack for project admin and interpreting drawings preferred
· Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· No fuss: A straightforward and easy-going attitude with the ability to adapt and prioritize.
· Happy Office: Primary location will be office based, working as a team or autonomously.
