Job Title: Supervisor
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in managing the branch and, in their absence, taking full responsibility for branch management. The Supervisor will ensure that the team achieves service, sales, and quality targets in a customer-focused environment, while ensuring all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, are adhered to.
Key Tasks Required:
1. Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor.
2. Achieve company and branch objectives & targets.
3. Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner.
4. Record all relevant details on in-house systems.
5. Support the Branch Manager as requested, e.g., audits.
6. Use materials, parts, and equipment efficiently.
7. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
8. Adhere fully to the company’s operations manual.
9. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
10. Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operations manual.
11. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
12. Good technical and motor experience.
13. Leadership experience is required.
14. Driving license is essential.
15. Ability to work a 5/6 day roster.
