Role Description
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a trusted advisor for Salesforce’s Signature Success Plan clients, helping them maximize value from Salesforce investments. This role focuses on our largest, strategic customers leveraging Data Cloud and AI capabilities, reporting to the Data Cloud Customer Success Manager team.
You will proactively optimize platform use, especially during peak events, requiring deep technical knowledge and collaboration across teams to deliver a unified Signature experience.
Your Impact
* Own all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion efforts.
* Build relationships with customer IT and executive leadership.
* Guide customers on Salesforce features and adoption strategies.
* Communicate and demonstrate the value of Signature Success.
* Advocate for customers during high-severity case resolutions.
* Occasional travel and after-hours availability may be required.
Minimum Requirements
* 8+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, consulting, or related fields.
* Exceptional communication skills, including at executive levels.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
* Understanding of software development and solutions architecture.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Salesforce products and certifications.
* Experience with cloud data platforms and analytics tools.
* Experience with enterprise customers.
