Key Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager
* Drive branch sales by securing new contracts and nurturing existing ones.
* Meet defined sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
* Promote our growing product range and generate leads for new opportunities.
* Prospect for new clients within the territory and share relevant leads across other regions.
* Analyse current and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
* Strengthen and build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Manage your sales territory efficiently, maximising productivity and results.
* Agree and pursue a 12-month sales objective in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You should be self-organised, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results that benefit both the customer and the business.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
