Senior Operations Director
This is a senior leadership role in our company where you will be responsible for overseeing all business operations.
As Senior Operations Director, you will play a key role across all business functions and help to ensure ongoing growth and further success of the organization. You will cover a range of duties including the design and implementation of operations strategies, oversee health and safety and facilities management activities, deliver on-site commercial goals, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, coordinate on-the-ground marketing plans, engage proactively with key customers and stakeholders, take ownership of budgets, lead infrastructure projects, manage direct reports, and deliver KPI reports to the executive team on a regular basis.
Your Skills and Qualifications that we Need:
* 3rd level degree qualified ideally in a relevant discipline
* 3-4+ years experience in an operations management/leadership role
* Experience gained in a travel, tourism, or hospitality focused environment would be a significant advantage
* Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams
* Strong IT knowledge, ability to multi-task, and engage with people at all levels
The Offer:
This is a full-time permanent position with a generous base salary and benefits package depending on candidate skills and experience relevant to the role.
This role will be fully office-based 5 days per week.
