Due to the rapid growth of Q3 Group we are looking to hire experienced Gate Automation Engineers. While the main role for this position will be Gate Automation and Access Control Installations, the ideal candidate should have experience in CCTV and Intrusion Detection Systems.Applicants with only Gate Automation and Access Control Experience will be considered for this role.Engineer Responsibilities: Installation and the maintenance of Automated Gates, Barriers, Intercoms, and possibly Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems and Intruder Alarm Systems. The Candidate will need to have the ability to conduct small civils works, light Engineering, Small on-site welding and have experience with Electrical connections and electronic control panels. Experience in Installing Sliding Gate, Swing Gate and Barrier Systems is required. The Candidate will need to be physically fit and have a very good customer focused manner. Engineer Requirements: Preferred candidate will be an experienced Gate Automation Engineer, highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. They must be customer focused with excellent communication skills. Applicants should ideally reside within 30 miles of our office in Raheen Business Park, Limerick. A full clean driving licence, Safe Pass and verifiable references for past employment are essential. Preferred Requirements: Preference will be given to Candidates with the following Training / Experience. Hold Current DHF Certification for the Safe Installation of Automated Gates. Hold a National Craft Certificate in Electrical Installations. This position is for a Full Time Permanent role and Includes a Company Vehicle and Telephone. On Occasions over time and weekend work may be required. Salary negotiable depending on Experience. Additional pay: Overtime pay Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Gate Automation: 5 years Minimum(Required)
