Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via telephone and email.
Your primary objective will be to resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.
To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
* Phone Etiquette: A friendly and professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle high volumes of calls.
* Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other technology systems used within the business.
* Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar customer-facing role.
