Main Responsibilities
1. Build Rapport and Qualify Customer Requirements: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences through effective discussion and gauging reactions to alternative options.
2. Qualify Own Understanding: Use negotiation skills to identify the closest match between products and customer needs.
3. Demonstrate Suitable Options: Present and explain the most suitable options to customers, adapting to their buying strategy and preferences.
4. Agree Sale Details: Finalize agreements on sale terms, including payment methods and administration requirements.
5. Check Credit Status: Verify customer credit status and propose financing options in accordance with company policies.
6. Establish Vehicle Details: Record essential information about vehicles purchased or obtained by our group.
7. Identify Finance Warranty/Insurance Packages: Work collaboratively with customers to recommend the most appropriate finance warranty or insurance packages.
8. Produce and Explain Finance Quotes: Provide detailed quotes using knowledge of costs and margins, ensuring maximized commission while meeting customer needs.
9. Agree Payment Method: Facilitate smooth transaction processing, completing all relevant administration tasks in accordance with provider policy and current legislation.
10. Manage Performance: Continuously review and improve performance to achieve key targets, collaborating with the Group Operations Manager to set goals and track progress.
11. Collaborate Across Teams: Foster seamless service delivery by working closely with colleagues and other teams across locations.
12. Follow Up Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth by other teams, directing them to the most suitable specialist.
13. Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving new sales to existing customers, and ensuring ongoing retention.
14. GDPR Awareness: Understand and adhere to General Data Protection Regulation implications.
