We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday Functional Expert to join our Human Resources Technology team. This individual will be an integral part of a team responsible for providing optimal and scalable technology solutions to support HR and Payroll business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
">

* Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Workday Core HCM and Compensation functional areas and roadmap, including global priorities.
">
* Understand the needs of the business and evaluate Workday capabilities through research and testing.
">
* Maintain clear and up-to-date lists of key deliverables and timelines, developing plans to achieve those targets and proactively communicating progress to various stakeholders.
">
* Ensure that delivered products meet or exceed business needs and objectives.
">
* Support enhancements, project requests, and defects. Provide timely and optimal solutions.
">
Requirements:
">
">
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Technology or other related capacity.
">
* 5+ years Workday HCM and Compensation experience.
">
* Solid understanding of and experience with Workday HCM and Compensation.
">
* Strong experience in configuring Core HCM, Compensation, and Absence Management product areas for international colleagues.
">
* Expertise in configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
">
* Deep knowledge of calc fields, complex reports, and various configurations in Workday.
">
* An understanding of the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.
">
* Experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configure Workday applications, perform user acceptance testing, and maintain the health of the product.
">
* Ability to create necessary documentation in each phase.
">
* Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
">
* Ability to provide timely resolution for defects and collaborate with SaaS vendors to achieve this.
">
* The ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
">
* Experience working with business partners to optimize their business processes.
">
* A strong customer service orientation.
">
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

* Ability to generate reports for analysis, data auditing, and supporting requests from various business teams.
