Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the activities of a range of R&D Engineers across multiple projects

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the R&D team (8) and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and activities, contributing to the organization's growth and success.
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or Science
* 5-8 years of commercial experience in a R&D role, preferably in the Medical Device Industry
* Strong track record of managing and leading multi-functional teams to drive project success in regulated industries
* Proven ability to adapt and evolve as a leader, embracing new challenges and opportunities
